Returns

Prior to sending anything back please contact our Customer Service Team at contactus@suspensionmegastore.com.au. A Customer Service Representative will be in touch with instructions on how to return the goods.

Goods can be returned within 21 days of the order date as long as they are un-opened, undamaged and have not been fitted. Freight back to Suspension Mega Store will be at the cost of the purchaser. Once the returned goods are received, inspected and are in the required condition a refund will be issued.

If a part doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by Suspension Mega Store, we will arrange return shipping and exchange the part. If a refund is required this will be processed back to the original purchaser through the original payment method.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

The above stated terms and conditions exclude ST Suspension products. Please see selected ST kit for detailed returns and exchange information.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by Suspension Mega Store are sold under the Manufacturer’s Warranty and Conditions from the date of purchase.

Warranty disputes will be remedied in conjunction with the Manufacturer.
This may be in the form of replacement, refund or repair of the fault part only. No installation, labour or wheel alignment costs incurred by the customer in relation to the faulty part are covered by the warranty.
